The Salem High School girls’ track team finished third at last week’s trach kectional.
Lady Lion individual Sectional Champions were Emily Motsinger (300m hurdles), Kayla Smith (pole vault) and Madison Smith (800m run).

On Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at approximately 5:58 a.m., Lt. Ryan Larrimore with the Washington County Sheriff’s Department along with Posey Township Volunteer Fire Department and Washington County EMS were dispatched to US 150 in the area of State Road 66 in reference to a type unknown traffic accident.

A Paoli man was killed in an accident that took place of early Sunday afternoon.
Ricky Cole, 53, Paoli, was pronounced dead at the scene.
