What is the lit match? It could come in the form of many different things.

It could be a comment, or it could be the action of an individual, or it could be a social stance taken by an athlete.

For as long as I can remember there has been at least some debate about the legalization of Marijuana.

The first time this was brought to my attention was at the Kentucky State Fair. I was barely old enough to vote when Gaitwood Galbreath, who was running for Governor, approached me and a group of my friends.

As quickly as they came upon us, the 2016 Summer Olympics are done. All the medals are handed out and for a short period, the political circus got a break from being the main attraction in the headlines.

A few things got my attention in these Olympics, but one of the things that stood out the most was some of the criticism media outlets got for their coverage.

There are two weirdos who live in my house.

I am referring to my daughter Emily and myself, because that’s how our family looks at us when we watch or quote scenes from one of our favorite movies “The Rocky Horror Picture Show.”

Emily and I are the only ones in our house who “get” it!

I remember growing up in Louisville and one of the things I did in my teenage years was to travel to Shelbyville Road every Saturday at midnight to watch the movie.
